Provenance and Third-Party Notices for OxfordPDF Engine (`shared/oxford-pdf-engine`):

1. `content/bcmap.mjs` and `content/jpeg.mjs` are adapted from Mozilla PDF.js
   (`src/core/cmap.js`, `src/core/jpg.js`), Copyright Mozilla Foundation,
   licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0
   (http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0).

2. `content/encoding-data.mjs` and `content/cff-strings.mjs` contain character
   and glyph mapping tables built from `fontTools` (MIT License) and the Adobe
   Glyph List (Copyright Adobe Systems Incorporated, BSD-3-Clause License).

3. `content/fast-crypto.mjs` is written from FIPS 180-4 and FIPS 197.
   `content/glyphless-font.mjs` builds its font from the OpenType specification.

4. Standard font programs in `public/fonts/standard/` are Liberation Fonts
   (Copyright Liberation Fonts authors and Red Hat, Inc.), licensed under the
   SIL Open Font License 1.1 (`public/licenses/Liberation-OFL.txt`).

5. Precompiled binary CMap files in `public/pdfjs/cmaps/` are generated by
   Mozilla PDF.js (`pdfjs-dist`, Apache-2.0) from Adobe CMap resources
   (Copyright Adobe Systems Incorporated, BSD-3-Clause License,
   `public/pdfjs/cmaps/LICENSE`).

6. Run-time dependencies: `pako` (MIT and Zlib), `@pdf-lib/fontkit` (MIT) and
   `@pdf-lib/standard-fonts` (MIT). Code inlined in fontkit's build and Adobe's
   font-metric notice are in `public/licenses/PDF-engine-bundled-code.txt`.
