What Happens to Your File
OxnaPDF parses your pasted content or local UTF-8 .txt, .md or .html file inside your browser, strips scripts, external stylesheets, forms and remote URLs, and lays out the structured headings, paragraphs, lists, code blocks and tables onto PDF pages.
The local document engine embeds your chosen Serif, Sans-serif or Monospace typeface, renders actual PDF page previews in your browser, and downloads the new PDF without any network requests.
Limits
- Accepts UTF-8 .txt, .md/.markdown or .html/.htm input up to 2 MB and 500,000 characters, generating up to 100 pages and 50 MB of PDF output.
- Supports A4 and US Letter paper in upright or wide orientation, font sizes from 9 pt to 20 pt, and page margins from 18 pt to 72 pt.
- Does not fetch live website URLs, external images or CSS stylesheets, and right-to-left or complex-shaping scripts are refused by the typesetter.
Good to Know
- Because remote resources and scripts are stripped before layout, you can safely convert untrusted HTML snippets offline in your browser.
- Switch between Serif, Sans-serif and Monospace typefaces and adjust margins while watching the live PDF page count and preview update.
- If you have an .epub e-book rather than a single HTML or Markdown file, use EPUB to PDF to convert all spine chapters together.
